Your voice is important to the Catholic Church of Arizona.

Why? Because it helps church leaders understand the needs of people – both those who belong to the Church and those who have left the faith. This survey is designed to take 30 minutes to complete, and you must be between the ages of 16 – 30 years old to submit your answers. Additionally, you must live in Maricopa, Mohave, Coconino, or Yavapai counties of Arizona.
