The College of St. Scholastica, Surprise

A long-standing institution steeped in a rich history. We began as a brick-and-mortar school founded in 1912 by a group of Benedictine Sisters who offered college courses to six young women. More than 100 years and 13,000 graduates later, the original campus in Duluth, Minnesota, has expanded to include eight additional locations and more than 20 fully online degree programs.

At St. Scholastica, we are student-focused and mission-oriented. Our educational philosophy includes an array of high academic standards while remaining grounded on a cornerstone of holistic Benedictine values: community, hospitality, respect, stewardship and love of learning.
