Those who wish may help to carry the cross as we move between the stations, reflecting on the journey of our Lord to Calvary. The service concludes with the final station inside the Basilica where those who wish are invited to pray in silence throughout the afternoon before the Solemn Liturgy of the Passion at 3.00 p.m.
