Responsibilities
1.    The first point of service for our clients coming into our practices and is responsible for greeting, registering and scheduling appointments.

  • Acts as primary source of information to patients in waiting room.
  • Take client payments

2.    Filing and scanning patient documents into EMR

  • Maintain HIPPA standards

3.    Answer phone.

  • Schedule appointments/reminder calls

4.    Assist in other duties as directed by Office Manager.

Qualifications:

1.   Bilingual English and Spanish Required

2. Full agreement with the Center’s Mission Statement and scope of care.

3.    Has experience and is comfortable working with people in crisis situations.

4.    Works well in a team environment.

5.    Has good organizational skills.

6.    Has excellent communication skills.
