Welcome Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

We witness the mighty hand of God in Christ Jesus working in our Black Catholic family. Jesus Christ is lifting us up through the power of His mighty and unconditional love by providing us with an instrument of pastoral care: a chaplain.

Love comes from God because God is love. Your love proves you are a People of God redeemed by the Blood of Jesus Christ. Please continue to be distinguished by your love.

I invite all of you every Third Sunday to gather with me around the living and Risen Christ in the celebration of Holy Mass imbued with the treasure of African American Culture at St. Pius Church. We need to come together to praise the Holy Name of Jesus and invoke His blessings upon us and our families in the African American way. Will you join me?

Please remember always the words of Scripture,” I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
