Sister Martha Mary Carpenter of the Saint Peter Mission School in central Arizona is working with the children of the Gila River Indian community to fight childhood obesity. The Gila River Indian community is considered by the National Institutes of Health to be one of the most obese communities in America. CBS News correspondent Don Dahler has more.
