We meet Tues. Jan. 9th in Newman social hall west for a really different topic we haven’t touched on yet….Fertility awareness methods (popularly known in Catholic circles as “NFP”).

You may be thinking…wait I thought that was for marriage prep??

Actually, this topic is so important…no matter who you are or where you’re at in life. It’s one of the best kept medical secrets where ignorance keeps people in the dark about an essential component of human happiness connected with marriage, family, and life.

Do you think you may one day get married? This topic is for you!
Are you discerning priesthood or a religious vocation? This topic is for you!
Do you have friends who are married or who may be married? This topic is for you!
Do you want to understand how your body works? This topic is for you! (…you get the idea)

A little bit about our speaker:
Elise Terry is a 26 year old physician assistant in internal medicine and pediatrics. Born and raised in Tucson, she has been living in the Valley for 8 years. Elise graduated from ASU in 2013 with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in biological sciences, then got her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at NAU in 2017. She lives in Litchfield Park with her husband Trey and their boxer lab mix Winston and is a parishioner at St. Thomas Aquinas. She loves all things women’s health and over the past year or so, has become what you might call an NFP evangelist.

Come out to this informative evening and bring a friend!
