Position will oversee the RCIA process for adults including interviews in the later Summer, once a week evening meetings from September through the Easter Season (Sunday dismissal during Lent).

Applicant must have a firm grasp of Catholic theology.  A masters degree in theology is preferred, but not required.  Not looking for rigorists or idealists or anti culture warriors.  We are looking for someone who can see the good in the culture and meet people where they are at with a primary focus on evangelization and helping develop people’s relationship with Christ.  Intellectual formation is second to that primary goal.

Position will be directly supervised by the pastor.
