The Holy Trinity Newman Center, serving Northern Arizona University, invites applications for the position of Catholic Campus Minister. We are seeking a dedicated and faithful practicing Catholic with a profound commitment to the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church. 

Responsibilities: 

The Catholic Campus Minister plays a pivotal role in cultivating a welcoming environment for students, fostering spiritual growth, and contributing to the Catholic identity on the Northern Arizona University campus. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Ongoing formation of all Team Leaders (part-time student employees). 
• Organizing and overseeing events promoting community building, fellowship, and inclusivity within the Catholic community on campus. 

Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate will have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, experience in campus ministry, or a related field preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism, coupled with a desire to grow in faith and humility. 

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to bend or stand as necessary and the capacity to lift 30 pounds.
