Holy Saturday: Vigil in the Holy Night of Easter
Easter Vigil commemorates Christ’s resurrection and victory over sin and death. The Vigil is divided into four parts: the Service of Light, the Liturgy of the Word, the Liturgy of Baptism, and the Liturgy of the Eucharist. During this Mass, catechumens in every parish are received into full communion with the Church.
Bishop Thomas J. Olmsted will celebrate the Vigil in the Holy Night of Easter at Ss. Simon and Jude Cathedral, Phoenix, beginning at 7 p.m. All are welcome.

Sábado Santo: Vigilia en la Noche Santa de Pascua
La Vigilia Pascual conmemora la resurrección de Cristo y la victoria sobre el pecado y la muerte. La Vigilia se divide en cuatro partes: el Servicio de la Luz, la Liturgia de la Palabra, la Liturgia del Bautismo y la Liturgia de la Eucaristía. Durante esta Misa, los catecúmenos en cada parroquia son recibidos en plena comunión con la Iglesia.
