V Encuentro – Fifth Encounter has spurred action throughout the Diocese of Phoenix to reach out to our engaged faithful as well as those on the peripheries to learn how leaders in our church can be effective in ministry. Specific to the Diocese of Phoenix, emphasis is being placed on the needs of our late adolescent and young adult populations, ages 16-30. We need to hear from them! One of the tools being used to invite young people to share their voices is a digital survey designed to capture critical information.

The V Encuentro – Fifth Encounter Diocesan Team is seeking feedback from individuals in the age group of 16-30 years from the counties of Maricopa, Coconino, Mohave and Yavapai. The results of this survey could be transformative to all ministries in the Diocese of Phoenix! Please help deliver this survey and gather much needed information to assist church leaders in serving the needs of our people.
