Prayer Intentions

May we never underestimate the Power of Prayer to heal, to unite, and to remind each soul that they are seen, known, and loved by God.

Angels of Hope Prayer Circle

The mission of the Angels of Hope Prayer Circle is to unite in prayerful solidarity for the intentions of all those who steward the mission of the Church. Every week, the Office of Mission Advancement receives countless heartfelt prayer requests from generous individuals who are walking through joys, struggles, and moments of deep need.

The Prayer Circle creates an opportunity for others to join the Office of Mission Advancement and Bishop John Dolan in praying for these intentions. As Jesus promises us in Matthew 18:20 “Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” He joins us and strengthens our unity as the Body of Christ.

How do I join Angels of Hope?

Joining the Prayer Circle is simple. Just complete the Angels of Hope Prayer Circle Interest Form below to let us know of your desire to participate. New members are commissioned during the following months Prayer Circle gathering. Upon joining, you will also be added to our Prayer Circle email list, and begin receiving regular updates, spiritual reflections, and the latest prayer intentions entrusted to our care.

How do I submit my own Prayer Intentions?

If you have a special intention you would like us to pray for, we invite you to submit your request by filling out the following Prayer Intention form at the link below. To protect the confidentiality of each prayer, we ask that you avoid including last names.

All prayer requests will be entrusted to the Angels of Hope Prayer Circle, whose members will faithfully lift them up in daily and weekly prayer. In addition, these intentions will be shared with Bishop Dolan who will pray over them once each quarter as an act of pastoral care and solidarity.

What if I can’t attend in person?

We will live stream each Angels of Hope Prayer Circle gathering from the Chapel at the Diocesan Pastoral Center. You can watch live stream on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. Prayer & Reflection at 11am followed by Mass at noon. If you can’t be with us in person, you still can be with us in prayer!
