The Synodality and Planning Office of the Diocese of Phoenix was established by Bishop John P. Dolan in 2023 as a central initiative of TILMA, his seven-year Pastoral Plan. The office works to promote a culture of synodality throughout the Diocese, in keeping with the current magisterial teaching of the Catholic Church.
