Your information will be used to verify compliance with Safe Environment Training - Letter of Support from your parish pastor
- Event name, date and location
- Full name and email address of the event contact person
- Visiting Diocese/Archdiocese and mailing address
- Full name and email address of the Chancellor at the visiting Diocese/Archdiocese
An electronic copy of the Certificate of Good Standing will be sent via email to all mentioned above. The original will be mailed to the lay person requesting the certificate.
