The mission of Merciful Heart Hermitage is to provide an environment of silence and solitude wherein priests may deepen their relationship with the Lord. While we do not charge a fee for the use of our facilities we do depend on freewill offerings from retreatants for our continued operation. Gifts from benefactors are also vital in helping us carry out our mission.
Merciful Heart Hermitage gratefully accepts gifts of checks or cash, and gifts may also be made here via credit card.

Our current improvement projects include:
- Renovations of the four casitas/hermitages:
- Replacing the roofs
- Repairing the decks
- Upgrading the kitchenettes and bathrooms
- Replacing the sliding patio doors
- Building a new hermitage for our resident diocesan hermit
- Renovations to the St. Charles de Foucauld House (Main House)
- Additional landscaping
